Free shipping 

This applies to all our products aside from our greeting cards. 


How will my order be shipped? 

If you're purchasing a greeting card, your order will be shipped through the Hong Kong Local Post through the registered postal service. 

This requires a signature at the time of delivery, if you would like to have a no signature option, simply leave a note at checkout.  However, you will not be able to track your order and we can’t launch a formal complaint if the order is passed its delivery timeframe.

If you're ordering anything other than a greeting card, your order will be shipped out directly from our supplier. You will also receive a tracking number for this. 

If your order includes apparel or accessories and greeting cards, they will be shipped out separately and you will receive two tracking codes. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Greeting cards will be shipped out within 1-2 business days once you have placed your order. 

Apparel and accessories will be shipped out within 2-7 days once you have placed your order. You should receive it within 8-14 days. 

We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 on our apparel and accessories. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

As our products are created on-demand, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges. 

If you receive a faulty product, please email us at hello@852prints.com with photos and we will sort you out.
